<p><font size="3"><font face="Arial">For the 9<sup>th</sup> consecutive year, <b>WHITE WAVE</b> will produce and present our annual<b> DUMBO DANCE FESTIVAL</b>: a four day marathon showcase of cutting-edge contemporary dance featuring both emerging and eminent dancemakers. The <b>2009 DUMBO DANCE FESTIVAL</b> (September 24-27) held at WHITE WAVE’s John Ryan Theater and in Brooklyn Bridge Park, will feature over 80 companies with 400 performing artists. Apart from WHITE WAVE’s Opening Night GALA fundraiser taking place on September 24<sup>th</sup>, <b>all performances in our 3-day dance extravaganza will be presented free of charge to the public</b>.<b> </b></font></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial" size="3">&#8211; Thursday, September 24 at 7pm (<b>GALA Benefit)</b>       <br />&#8211; Friday, September 25 from 7pm &#8211; 10pm       <br />&#8211; Saturday, September 26 from 2pm &#8211; 4pm, 5pm &#8211; 7pm, and 8pm &#8211; 10pm.       <br />&#8211; Sunday, September 27 from1pm – 3pm*, and 4pm &#8211; 7pm. </font></p>

The evening will be M.C.’d by a guest celebrity (TBA), and feature stunning contemporary dance, including <i>Becca Alaly and Dancers, johannes wieland, Lauri Stalling/gloATL(GA), Lucie Baker, Pascal Rekoert/Flexicurve, Patricia Noworol Dance Company, Robin Conrad(CA), and WHITE WAVE Young Soon Kim Dance Company</i><i>.</i> A black tie optional champagne reception will be followed by a buffet dinner/dance party with delicious Korean cuisine and live music by the ever-popular Bossa Nova Beatniks. Tickets are $100 per person, including chances to win gourmet wine baskets, “dinner-for-two” at local DUMBO eateries, and much more in our fabulous raffle!
